PharmaTher Holdings Ltd., a specialized pharmaceutical company concentrating on personalized medicines, has entered into a collaboration with Craft Health Pte. Ltd. to assess Craft Health’s CraftMake™ platform for its Personaliz3D Peptides™ initiative. The project aims to develop innovative peptide formulations and utilize CraftMake™ to produce personalized peptide doses and controlled-release designs.
This partnership aligns with PharmaTher’s recent launch of Personaliz3D Peptides™, which integrates physician oversight, telemedicine, and 3D printing technology. The CEO of PharmaTher, Fabio Chianelli, emphasized the goal of transitioning from traditional compounding to a repeatable technology platform that enhances the control healthcare providers have over dosing and formulation.
The CraftMake™ technology, known for its GMP-ready pharmaceutical 3D printing capabilities, allows for the printing of peptides without heat, preserving their stability. CraftMake™ can experiment with various shapes and combinations, aiming to meet individual patient needs effectively. Its dual printhead systems can achieve high dosing accuracy, which is crucial for producing customized medications.
PharmaTher plans to explore broader commercial opportunities with Craft Health, particularly focusing on deploying CraftMake™ in qualified compounding pharmacies. Together, they hope to facilitate the production and commercialization of personalized peptide therapies, moving away from the limitations of fixed-dosing systems currently prevalent in the market.
Both companies will work on evaluating specific peptides, including BPC-157, KPV, and TB-500, as recommended by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for inclusion in compounding pharmacies. This collaborative approach aims to provide a streamlined process for personalized peptide care, enhancing treatment outcomes for patients.
Through this partnership, PharmaTher is positioning itself to leverage Craft Health’s advanced technology, aiming to create a scalable solution in the personalized medicine sector, particularly for peptide therapies.
