Price-Match Guarantee

This guarantee exists to reward genuine, like-for-like price comparisons against other professional 3D printing businesses. To keep it fair and sustainable, it applies only to verifiable quotes for comparable work. Please review what does and does not qualify.

What qualifies

A formal, written, itemized quote — a PDF or official email, not a screenshot or verbal figure.
Issued by a verified, registered 3D printing business with a public storefront or website and standard commercial terms.
For a comparable part: the same or equivalent process, material, finish, tolerance, quantity, and lead time.
Current and valid — typically issued within the last 30 days.

What does not qualify

Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Craigslist, or any classified / peer-to-peer listing.
Home-based or hobby print farms, individuals, and unregistered or unverifiable sellers.
Verbal quotes, rough estimates, screenshots, or any price we cannot independently verify.
Auction, clearance, liquidation, or below-cost “loss-leader” pricing.
Quotes missing material, finish, tolerance, inspection, or lead-time details.
Quotes for a non-comparable process, material, quantity, or turnaround.

1. Our commitment

For any qualifying written quote, we will match it and then beat it. We’ll confirm your adjusted price — usually within 4 business hours — before you place your order.

2. How to claim a price match

Step 1 — Get our quote. Upload your model for an instant quote (FDM, SLA, SLS), or request a custom quote for production, metal, or specialty work.

Step 2 — Send us the competing quote. Submit the formal written quote (PDF or email) alongside your model and the same specifications.

Step 3 — We verify. We confirm the competitor is a legitimate, registered 3D printing business and that the quote is for a truly comparable part.

Step 4 — We beat it. Once verified, we confirm a lower price in writing and apply it to your order.

3. What “comparable” means

A quote is comparable only when it matches the scope of work on every material dimension, including:

The same or an equivalent printing process (for example, SLS vs. SLS — not FDM vs. SLS)
The same material grade and equivalent mechanical properties
Equivalent layer height, surface finish, and post-processing
The same tolerance class and inspection requirements
The same quantity and a comparable lead time

If the competing quote omits any of these, or differs materially, we may treat it as non-comparable.

4. Verification of the competitor

To qualify, the competing quote must come from a legitimate, registered 3D printing business — one with a verifiable business presence, a public website or storefront, and standard commercial terms (invoicing, returns, and liability). We do not match prices from consumer marketplaces, classifieds, social-media listings, individuals, or home/hobby print operations, because those cannot offer comparable quality assurance, consistency, traceability, or accountability.

5. Limitations & exclusions

The guarantee applies before an order is placed and cannot be applied retroactively.
It cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or contract pricing unless we state otherwise.
We may decline quotes we reasonably believe to be inaccurate, expired, fraudulent, or priced below sustainable cost.
It does not apply to our own past or promotional pricing.
Shipping, taxes, rush surcharges, and design or engineering services are excluded from the comparison unless explicitly itemized in both quotes.
Final eligibility and the matched price are determined at our reasonable discretion.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update, modify, or withdraw this guarantee at any time. The version in effect at the time you submit your claim applies. This page will always reflect the current terms.
