Match the material to the job: PLA or standard resin for visual prototypes, PETG or ABS/ASA for durable functional parts, Nylon (PA12) or carbon-fiber nylon for engineering loads, TPU for flexible parts, and tough or castable resins for fine detail. Use the materials library to filter by strength, heat resistance, flexibility, or biocompatibility.

We accept STL, STEP/STP, OBJ, 3MF, and IGES files, and there is no file-size limit — upload models of any size. STEP is preferred for production parts because it preserves exact geometry and units.

Typical dimensional tolerance is ±0.2 mm for FDM, ±0.1 mm for SLA resin, and ±0.3 mm for SLS nylon. Tighter tolerances are achievable with post-machining on request, and every order is dimensionally inspected before it ships.

Standard lead time is 3 to 5 business days after design confirmation. Rush prints ship in as little as 24 hours, and small-batch production runs are quoted with a firm delivery date.

No. There is no cap on upload size — send models of any size. For very large multi-body assemblies, STEP files keep uploads efficient while preserving exact geometry.

Single-piece build volumes reach roughly 500 × 500 × 500 mm in FDM, 350 × 350 × 600 mm in SLS, and 250 × 250 × 300 mm in metal. Larger parts are split and bonded or mechanically joined — send your model and we'll advise the best approach.

Yes. We offer UL 94 V0-rated flame-retardant materials — including FR PETG, PC-FR, FR nylon, and PEI/ULTEM — for electrical enclosures, electronics housings, and transit or aerospace parts. Ask for a V0 option when you upload.

Yes. Options include support removal and deburring, bead-blasting, sanding, priming and painting, vapour-smoothing for sealed FDM parts, and dyeing for SLS and MJF nylon. Note the finish you need when you place your order.

Absolutely. Your files and designs are kept confidential and NDA coverage is standard on every project. We never share or reuse your models.

Yes. An engineer reviews every order for printability — wall thickness, small features, trapped volumes, and tolerances — and recommends the best process and material. Deeper design and DFM assistance is available on request.

Export at the correct scale and units (mm preferred), make sure the mesh is watertight (no holes or flipped faces), use STEP for production parts, and send one file per unique part.
