DFM review & confirm
An engineer runs automated and manual design-for-manufacturing checks — wall thickness, small features, trapped volumes, and tolerances — then recommends the best process and material and confirms feasibility before anything prints.
Print & finish
Your parts are queued, printed, and finished to spec: support removal, cleaning and UV post-curing for resin, sanding, bead-blasting, dyeing, or vapour-smoothing where required.
Inspect & ship
Every order is dimensionally inspected against your model, documented, carefully packed, and shipped across Canada with tracking. Production runs include per-batch inspection reports.
What to upload
We accept STL, STEP/STP, OBJ, 3MF, and IGES files no size limit. For the most accurate quote and result:
- Export at the correct scale and units (mm preferred)
- Use STEP for production parts to preserve exact geometry
- Make sure the mesh is watertight (no holes or flipped faces)
- Send one file per unique part
Finishing options
Choose the finish that fits the part's job and appearance:
- Standard cleanup — support removal and basic deburring
- Bead-blasting for a uniform matte surface
- Sanding, priming, and painting to colour
- Vapour-smoothing for sealed, glossy FDM parts
- Dyeing for SLS and MJF nylon parts
