YUBA COUNTY, Calif. – The Yuba County Sheriff’s Office Problem Oriented Policing Team recently uncovered an illegal operation involving 3D printing firearms in Marysville. This action followed an investigation targeting the illegal manufacturing and sale of weapons.
On September 19, law enforcement executed a search warrant on Waterfall Drive, where detectives discovered a fully operational 3D printing workshop. The search revealed handguns, assault weapons, and various firearm parts.
Three suspects were arrested during the operation: 19-year-old Uriel Cruz, 27-year-old Eleazar Cruz, and 38-year-old Fortunato Cruz, all residents of Marysville. They are now facing multiple firearm-related charges and have been booked into the Yuba County Jail.
