The introduction includes the new Figure 4 135 3D printer and the Figure 4 Tough 75C FR Black material, which are set to benefit industries such as motorsports, furniture, and electrical components.<\/p>\n<p>The Figure 4 135 printer is designed to meet stringent manufacturing standards, particularly in applications requiring a process capability index (CpK) of 1.33 or higher. This printer is expected to replace or supplement traditional injection mold tooling, making it suitable for low-volume production of unique furniture parts, biocompatible medical components, and precision electronics.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the printer, the new Figure 4 Tough 75C FR Black material features a flame-retardant property that has achieved a UL94 V0 rating, making it ideal for applications in consumer electronics and automotive sectors that necessitate durability, heat resistance, and electrical safety.<\/p>\n<p>3D Systems has also introduced a new patent-pending module for its EXT Titan Pellet printers which enhances process efficiency by optimizing parts during post-processing. This includes real-time adjustment of the extrusion flow rate to reduce voids and improve solidity, effectively cutting machining time by up to 50%.
