The Colorado Economic Development Commission has proposed over $5.85 million in tax incentives, aiming to attract the company, referred to as Project SkyForge, which is also exploring options in Kansas and Missouri.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Hadwiger, deputy director of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), highlighted the company&#8217;s focus on accessing top aerospace talent and the cost of doing business as key factors in their decision-making process. Currently, Project SkyForge operates with four employees who are located outside of Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>The significant incentive package is contingent upon the company generating 392 net new jobs, with an average annual wage of $130,867.
