The MIRACO Plus advances the qualities of its award-winning predecessor by incorporating photogrammetric metrology capabilities. This enhancement allows for precise capturing of large-scale objects like vehicles, aircraft components, and industrial machinery.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The included Photogrammetry Kit is built for portability, incorporating light carbon fiber scale bars and coded targets that facilitate precise global photogrammetry. Achieving length accuracy up to 0.02mm + 0.05mm \u00d7 L (m), the system delivers dependable results across various uses.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This advanced photogrammetry solution provides thorough coverage for scanning surfaces, even within intricate measurement settings. It utilizes coded targets to establish point locations and employs high-contrast markers to expand the coverage over surfaces. The collected data can be effortlessly transmitted to a computer through Wi-Fi or USB, facilitating easy integration into pre-existing operational processes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The updated MIRACO Plus includes a precision-enhanced calibration board, which boosts accuracy by 20% and achieves a precision rate of 0.04 mm per frame. This model processes data 33% faster than its predecessors, capable of scanning at a rate of 20 frames per second. It also features optical zoom capabilities (1.5x and 2x) to better capture detailed surface information by more precisely focusing the scanner’s infrared illumination.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This MIRACO Plus 3D Scanner with its Photogrammetry Kit is versatile for various professional applications such as safety inspections, maintenance, industrial production, quality assurance, and industrial design.
