ATLIX specializes in manufacturing industrial metal 3D printers, with production facilities in Italy. The decision to relocate to the Dallas\/Fort Worth area was influenced by its accessibility for international clients. The new site is designed not only for operations but will also feature a 4,300-square-foot office, demonstration area, and storage facility. Shane Benner, a representative from Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, mentioned that hosting global clients in an easily accessible international hub was a priority for ATLIX’s leadership.<\/p>\n
Previously known as the Trumpf additive manufacturing division, ATLIX underwent rebranding after its acquisition by a private equity fund in July 2025. The company highlights its expertise in precision engineering and emphasizes its connection to Italy’s manufacturing capabilities and global outreach.<\/p>\n
Benner noted that the location met all of ATLIX’s requirements, particularly due to its proximity to the DFW Airport, which manages over 1,800 flights daily. With quick access to three major freeways and beneficial tax exemptions, the location is strategically advantageous for ATLIX’s operations.<\/p>\n
The search for the perfect site culminated in under four months, with support from Keaton Brice and Andrew Gilbert, who represented the property owner.
