The introduction of these products signifies a strategic shift for the company, focusing on enhancing the accessibility, efficiency, and safety of selective laser sintering (SLS) technology for R&D and small-batch production.<\/p>\n
The CF200 boasts a compact design, facilitating use in small environments such as labs and workshops. It features a build chamber of 200 x 200 x 320 mm and operates with a 30W fiber laser, accommodating various polymers, including PA11, PA12, and TPU. Users will benefit from a straightforward operation powered by a standard 220V supply, guided by an intuitive interface.<\/p>\n
The accompanying PPS200 directly connects to the CF200, streamlining the post-printing process. Its features include a closed system for safe powder transfer and de-powdering functionalities, enhancing workplace safety by managing dust and odors.<\/p>\n
Additionally, TPM3D aims to improve powder processing efficiency through an updated version of their industrial powder processing station, the PPS V3, which now occupies 20% less space and requires 90% less compressed air. These advancements allow for unattended operations enhancing overall productivity.<\/p>\n
The company is expanding its material offerings as well, introducing two new powders designed for high-performance applications: Precimid 1190 co-polyamide, suitable for medical and portable applications due to its flexibility, and Precimid 1174Pro CF nylon 12, reinforced with carbon fiber for high rigidity and heat resistance.<\/p>\n
